A.I. Clinic details:
The clinic will begin with the informational portion. There will be ample time for questions. Topics will include:
- Selection of appropiate A.I. candidates
- Equipment overview
- Proper semen storage & thawing techniques of frozen semen
- Semen handling
- Timing for the best A.I. success rate
- Natural heat vs. hormone protocols
- Effective record keeping
The second portion of the clinic will be the hands on artifical insemination of does, including a live demonstration and practice.
Price:
$1200 (covers up to 10 participants/does)
$200 nonrefundable deposit due at booking with the balance due on August 15.
What to bring:
- doe in heat per participant
- stanchion for the actual A.I. (check with host)
- A.I. kit
- semen of your choice
