• $275/first 30 straws (minimum)
• $5.00/straws 31+
• $100 deposit/straw print fee per buck (applied towards the cost of collection – nonrefundable – covers up to 80 straws ordered) due 14 days in advance of your collection date
• If you request more than the 30 straw minimum and the buck is able to fill the straws and you choose to stop collecting at a lower straw count, you'll be responsible for the number of straws ordered
• $30/buck late fee for buck submissions within 14 days of collection date
• $100 no freeze/low motility fee *

* If the semen isn’t at least at 50% motility post thaw (as rated by iSperm), we will not release it and the $100 straw deposit is forfeited. Processed semen will be rated using iSperm technology. The post thaw and progressive motility will be included on your invoice and listed on our website if we are marketing the semen.

Additional Services:

• $15/buck iSperm semen analysis for bucks not collected by XCell Genetics
• $20/cane delivery charge to the ADGA National Show, ADGA Annual Convention, ADGA events we personally attend or along our tour route. (FREE for semen processed by XCell Genetics)
• $50/doe AI service using your AI kit and semen (time permitting)
• $25/buck semen analysis report (motility & concentration)

Please note that payment must be paid in full and cleared before any collection forms are released. No shows and cancellations forfeit the $100 per buck deposit. We reserve the right to refuse future collection services to no show or late cancellations. Returned check fee is $50.

Paperwork Filing Policy:

Buck Collection Reports will be sent to ADGA (or alternate registry) upon returning home from our tour, provided that payment has been cleared in full. If your account is paid and payment is cleared before we leave the stop, your copy of the Buck Collection Report will be left with you or the host. If paying by check, we will retain the Buck Collection Report until your payment clears.  Once it does, a PDF copy will be emailed to you. In the event that your check or payment doesn’t clear, a $50 returned payment fee will be added to your invoice and we’ll contact you for an alternate form of payment. Once the new payment has cleared, your Buck Collection Report will be taken off hold and filed with ADGA (or alternate registry) within 30 days.

A stop off our route may be possible. Fees are depenent on mileage and number of bucks.

Cancellations:

Due to the immense time and planning that goes into our fall collection tours as well as having a limited number of days to collect, XCell Genetics reserves the right to not book a stop that has canceled after pre-booking. If a host herd cancels after dates and routes are set, they will not have the opportunity to book with XCell Genetics in the future.

XCell Genetics is not liable for any damage or loss to semen being marketed, transported or stored.  Semen lost or damaged while in our possession is subject to a maximum of $5/straw reimbursement.  All sales are final with no replacements or refunds.
